Coronavirus (COVID-19) safety and prevention measures

We would like to reassure our customers that we have equipped all our drivers with basic protective measures against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). Your health and safety and that of our drivers is our top priority.

Now more than ever, we understand your need for complete peace of mind. For this reason we have informed all our drivers to take the following safety and prevention measures.

Security and Prevention Measures:

Hand hygiene: Our drivers sanitize their hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer before and after each shift, and hand sanitizer is available for passengers.

Mask: All drivers wear a mask and have also made the mask compulsory for all customers over 5 years of age.

Vehicle Disinfection: Drivers disinfect the vehicle between shifts by wiping door handles, seat belts, armrests, window handles and other areas with antiseptic wipes.

Air conditioning: According to the information we have, open windows are preferred, but if customers want the air conditioning to be on, it will be set to bring clean air into the vehicle, not in recirculation mode.

Social Distancing: Drivers will assist customers if they need assistance with their luggage and will ensure drivers wear gloves and sanitize their hands after helping passengers. We ask customers to shake hands and avoid any other form of physical contact.

Airport Wait Times: We are becoming even more flexible with airport wait times, as we understand that health checks and airlines take longer than usual.

Check the health of the driver: if at any time one of your drivers shows symptoms of Covid-19, they will be quarantined for 14 days and all other company employees who have been in contact with them will also be quarantined. Your vehicle will also be taken out of service until it has been completely sterilized.

Local COVID19 regulations: We follow local, national and international laws and the World Health Organization's health guidelines for passenger transport to keep the guidelines up to date.

In the current situation, we know that plans can change unexpectedly and that flexibility when traveling is essential. For extra peace of mind and to keep you in the driver's seat, we remind you that you can cancel your reservation at any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled transfer time, free of charge and for a full refund.

Do not hesitate to book our Gold Protection in the event of a flight cancellation and use this additional protection just in case.
