I forgot an object in the vehicle. How do I retrieve it?
If you have forgot an item in the vehicle, please contact us via Live Chat and we will contact our local traffic manager to verify if the item has been found in the vehicle.
If the item is found, we will provide you with the contact details of our traffic manager so that you can contact them to arrange return or collection by courier.
Once you have contacted the traffic manager, keep in mind that you will need to contact them directly regarding your lost items.
